BAVARIA becomes public limited company

We are pleased to announce that BAVARIA went public on 12.07.2012 and is now a public limited company. The Board of Directors comprises Sandra Ahrabian (CEO) and Markus Wolf. Ms. Barbara Eyring is an authorized representative.

During the course of this change, share capital was increased to € 300,000. This is intended to show that we are very aware of our responsibilities towards you and that we are not hiding behind our insurance partners or reinsurers.

This change in legal form is also intended to show that we wish to maintain a business relationship with you that is characterized by a high level of transparency. The organization structure of a public limited company provides that top management must make key decisions together and that it must advise the Supervisory Board of these decisions. In the end, what this means for you is that you can be sure that our business processes meet even the most exacting of requirements.

Over the past 30 years, we have often served as a pioneer in the market, and we designed many of the insurance products and services copied by others today. We are also the first to choose this legal form. You will not find another competitor that can offer you the same measure of security with regard to capitalization and organizational structure.

We therefore wish to build our future with you on what is, to us, the most important parameter:
