You as a pilot
When assessing your individual ability the personal training, education and experience are also taken into consideration as well as continuous further training and prototype certifications.

The flight
Finally the interaction of pilot and aircraft is examined and assessed. Considerable attention is paid here to the complexity of the systems in order to be able to determine the pilot workload.
